26.5R25 RE4B ADT: INNOVATIVE H2S COMPOUND DEVELOPED FOR EXTREMELY LONG HAUL DISTANCE
On Jul 11, 2021, a full 40HQ container load of 35 pces ORTEC 26.5R25 RE4B ADT E4 ★★ TL were delivered and the tires will sail for an quarry which features extremely long traveling distance in Eastern Europe. The T-brand tires, which have been in service at this jobsite since Mid 2021, face premature failures as they are not able to take on the challenges.
“The hauling distance ranges from 30 to 40 kilometers and the articulated dump trucks travel at the speed of up to 45km/h, ” Mr. Barsukov, the supplier chain manager, introduced. This working condition poses great challenge on the heat resistance of tires. In light of this, ORTEC innovatively optimized its high speed compound H2S and used it on the 26.5R25 tires for this specific case to prevent the premature failures. As RE4B ADT is already known for its high TKPH, ORTEC is confident that this optimization will make the case another successful application on long haul distance working conditions.
